Exhibitor Opportunities

The National Resident Matching Program® (NRMP®), or The Match®, welcomes applications from vendors interested in exhibiting at its October 2023 stakeholder conference. The NRMP places students and graduates of United States and international medical schools into residency and fellowship training programs in the U.S. The NRMP website offers more about the organization and its mission.

Who Attends the Transition to Residency Conference?

The NRMP’s stakeholder conference brings together more than 300 attendees involved in medical education including medical school deans and faculty, graduate medical education training program directors and administrators, hospital administrators, and non-profit organization leaders.

Who Should Exhibit?

Vendors that market educational texts, tools, and/or software solutions for undergraduate and graduate medical education settings are invited to apply. Non-profit organizations also are welcome. The NRMP reserves the right to review all exhibitor applications to determine whether a company and its goods/services align with conference objectives, and is solely responsible for determining the eligibility of any exhibit at its conference.

What Is Provided?

Exhibitor fees are $3,000 per booth and include one tabletop exhibit and two chairs, space for standing displays, and two complimentary conference registrations for exhibitor representatives. All exhibitors will be acknowledged on the program website, conference mobile app, and in handout materials.
